We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve significant growth.

The Role:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion and profitability in the Western US region. You will work from a home office and spend approximately 50% of your time traveling within the region. Your mission will be to exceed ambitious sales targets by:

  • Identifying and targeting large contractor/end user opportunities directly, through channel partners, and with Manufacturer Reps.
  • Building and managing a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in our CRM to consistently exceed target sales.
  • Developing and nurturing Manufacturer Reps in the region to become a valued extension of our team.
  • Collaborating with regional distributors to promote our products to their customer base. Forecasting and meticulously tracking sales progress. Conducting live, hands-on demonstrations of all our products.
  • Articulating the unique value proposition and benefits that resonate with potential customers.
  • Delivering training and product seminars for customers, distributors, and Manufacturer Reps on current and new products.
  • Developing and delivering compelling product presentations for key prospects and customers.
  • Understanding channel partners' strategies and key players to inform the development of the regional business plan.
  • Providing valuable insights to the TREND Networks’ R&D and Marketing teams.
  • Representing us at trade show activities both locally and nationally.

About You:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a related sales role with a track record of selling hardware solutions.
  • Passion for technology and the ability to demonstrate our world-class solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency in managing resources, including Manufacturer Reps.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.
  • Positive attitude with a solutions-based approach. 
  • Thrives under pressure, setting and achieving challenging goals.
  • Persistent and committed to closing sales.
  • Willingness to travel while effectively managing your time on the road.
  • Stable career history, demonstrating long-term contributions to previous employers
