As such, Fresh Produce Partners, a company within DPS LTD, are looking for a superstar Commercial Coordinator based in Kings Hill, working full time.

Key Accountabilities:

• To deliver outstanding understanding of service expectations to the business and ensure these expectations are met
• Support in the establishment and development of commercially beneficial relationship with your customers
• Achieve all sales, volume and margin targets within the account
• Provide the business with accurate account information for the use in longer term forecasting and programming
• Contribute creatively and technically towards the promotion and development of the product range
• Liaise with internal departments (supply chain, procurement, technical, operations) to ensure quality and timely delivery of product
• Liaise with procurement and supply chain teams to address sourcing and availability issues
• Liaise with ISS and relevant 3rd party packing sites to ensure clear communication and delivery
• Understand and communicate technical issues with the customer commercial team where necessary and liaise on these issues internally with technical and quality teams to achieve satisfactory resolution
• Support in the delivery of profitable business growth
• Ensure the adherence of administrative and financial systems and controls
• Provide summary information regarding sales, volumes, margins and prices as and when required
• Update internal and external stakeholder with relevant market data
• To organize deliveries and sales orders to customers
• To update prices for invoicing
• To deals with customer queries promptly
