Go-centric are looking for a resilient, positive, and confident Complaint Handler to join our operations team to deliver first class customer service using inbound telephony channels. You will be working as part of a team delivering a first class, professional customer service, ensuring that customer enquiries are resolved at the first point of contact. There will be an element of complaint handling and conflict resolution within this role. General enquiries will include checking the customers status whilst following government guidelines and advising any progress and next steps to the customer.


  • Assessing and resolving enquiries, requests and complaints via inbound phone calls. You will act as first point of contact for the customer and client and as a point of escalation where specialist knowledge or further investigation is required
  • Providing accurate information in a quick and timely manner to respond to caller queries whilst navigating multiple systems
  • Take ownership of challenging calls, working with the caller to establish the root cause and complete one call resolution.
  • Adhere to governing bodies policies and procedures • Ability to achieve / exceed agreed KPI’s


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to deal
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
  • Target driven with a desire to achieve / exceed
  • Excellent computer skills, proven experience of multiple system navigation
  • Complaint handling experience, ability to take ownership of end-to-end complaint resolution


  • Previous customer service experience, with contact centre, retail, or hospitality

Hours: 40 hrs per week, rotational between 8am-8pm Monday - Sunday
