Go-centric are looking for an Absence Call Handler to join our team in supporting an absence project. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, passionate about people and have the determination to excel within given KPIs. You will help support the Absence Manager in care calls, back to work initiatives and welfare calls. You will be responsible for updating all relevant information to help final reporting for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Updating daily, weekly and monthly absence reporting trackers.
  • Supporting with short term, long term, and maternity absence.
  • Telephony conversations including care calls, welfare calls and back to work initiatives.
  • Supporting line managers with all absence related hearings.
  • Work autonomously in updating all relevant information from internal departments.

Competencies

  • Excellent IT skills particularly in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently, plan and deliver own workload.
  • Excellent diligence, working accurately to deliver quality outputs to agreed timescales.
  • Proven history in collaborative working to meet demands and priorities
  • Proficient organisational and time management skills, able to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
  • People focused and can show high levels of empathy

Experience

  •  6 months or more within go-centric.

Hours: 40 hrs per week on a rotational shift pattern.
