Our most newly established product category, medical equipment (e.g. Rediroom) is growing, and we’re committed to providing our customers with top quality after-sales support. To do this, we’re looking for a Service & Warranty Manager to establish, coordinate and drive a service delivery model for our medical equipment portfolio.

What will you do?

· Establish a service & warranty delivery model for medical equipment products across existing and new markets

· Be the central point of contact for all customers with service and maintenance requirements

· Coordinate the delivery of first line response to our customers technical and maintenance requests across all territories by working closely with Customer Service department

· Coordinate deployment of our Medical Equipment Technicians in response to customer repair and maintenance

· Collaborate closely with our Supply Chain team to control the inventory of medical equipment and related spares to ensure optimal lead times

· Ensure adequate technical support as part of new product launches by working closely with marketing product managers

· Develop relevant warranty packages as a discrete revenue generating asset

· Assist in the transition from current databases to a CRM based process

What will you need to be successful?

· Demonstrable success in a similar Service Manager role, with complex electromechanical products

· Exceptional organizational skills as this role will coordinate all service and maintenance across every market

· Knowledge of the customer services demands of the NHS and other healthcare system is highly desirable

· Team player spirit – this role will be the central contact for customers, and work cross-functionally with internal teams

· Experience working with a range of systems e.g. CRM (ideally salesforce) and ERP (ideally SAP)
