Up to £27,000 DOE: with uncapped sales bonus

Bistech was created by a technical entrepreneur with a passion for customer service. As a leading independent provider of IT Services, a lot has changed since we started over 30 years ago. However, the same ambition, desire to exceed expectations and focus on empowering our employees to reach their full potential still drives our business forward today. And due to our continued growth we’re looking for more confident and motivated people to join our Business Development team.

Based in our offices just outside Bournemouth, this Monday to Friday role puts you at the forefront of our sales cycle. You’ll speak to prospective customers and build successful relationships with key decision makers by discussing their business strategy and how Bistech can help them to achieve it. With 95% of our customers renewing their contracts year on year, our focus is always on building strategic long term partnerships with businesses we can genuinely help.

This is a role with fantastic earning and progression potential. What we’re looking for

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambition, tenacity and confidence in making outbound calls
  • A team player with a positive attitude

  • Fast-track progression – the opportunity to move into a Field Sales or Account Management role after 6 months, depending on your progress
  • A focus on mental health and wellbeing – we proactively support mental health awareness, with training and access to a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme as well as courses on wellbeing and building personal resilience
