What you’ll be doing:

Working in a close and supportive team, you’ll focus on identifying and developing new sales opportunities and building successful relationships with prospective customers. As we focus on investing in our employees through training, we always promote from within, so there’s the opportunity to fast-track into other roles, such as Account Management. You will be responsible for:

  • Confidently engaging with Directors and key decision makers about their business strategy
  • Gaining an understanding of what drives customers and their needs
  • Building successful B2B relationships in order to book meetings for our sales team
  • Achieving KPIs by identifying and qualifying commercial opportunities
  • Researching target vertical markets and becoming an expert in your field

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ambition, tenacity and confidence in making outbound calls
  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to use initiative to engage in meaningful conversations — we don’t use scripts!
