Based in the Bournemouth area in Ferndown, this role involves liaising with our Sales, Technical and Project Management teams to support the lifecycle of a customer contract whilst driving profitability and improving business efficiency. From preparing quotes and placing orders with third party suppliers, to raising invoices and answering customer billing queries, this is an extremely varied role where you’ll need a high level of accuracy and a talent for spotting trends.

We’ll provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop a solid understanding of our suite of business technology solutions. The role: 

  • Providing pricing support across the entire product portfolio
  • Managing external escalations and customer enquiries
