Based within our Watford Operation, this person will work within the warehouse. This person will report directly to the Operations Manager - Projects. The role will require the individual to perform an array of functions, including receiving and processing incoming and outgoing equipment and cable. The role will require the person to have a good level of fitness, with a good work ethic, attention to detail and an ability to think on their feet.

Gravity Media are expanding their pool of talent, and are looking for a Unit Manager to join the evolving projects team to deliver high end, leading broadcast facilities to a variety of clients across sport and entertainment.

A key deliverable and focus of the role will be to work with Gravity Media’s existing and growing fleet of Outside Broadcast trucks, acting as the Unit Manager and being present at projects and events.

As a Unit Manager you will be working primarily on location throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. The position will also include planning and preparation at our Watford base. You’ll be expected to conduct site surveys, understand production values and offer advice on technical solutions to give our clients a premium service.

Based in our Southwood office, the Client Account Manager – Post Production Rental will be responsible for their allocated client relationships, proactively seeking opportunities for additional work with their clients. They will need to be the ambassador of the company and serve as the primary point of contact between the client and Gravity Media.

Expansion means we need an additional person to work on our rental desk, as Client Account Manager the post holder will be responsible for:

  • Handling client calls
  • Taking bookings
  • Planning logistics
  • Growing revenue

Gravity Media’s Broadcast & Post Production rental department supplies major TV & Film Companies with equipment internationally.

Operating primarily from of our Chiswick office and covering our outside broadcast, venue and stadium work, our Technical Production Managers are the essential link between production and technology in ensuring these projects are planned and delivered to specification.

They must fully understand the Production department’s requirements and organise, plan and document all technical aspects for the successful delivery of the job. Additionally, they are required to provide, or organise the providing of, technical production assistance at all our onsite/OB events as required.

Based in our Watford office, Asset Support will report to the Warehouse and Asset Manager and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day management of both the inventory and logistical management of all Company Assets.

Based in our Watford office, the Sales Executive will be responsible for commercial and business development for our Used Equipment sales + marketing across the world. They will also form a key link between Business Development and the Asset Management team, consistently liaising on equipment utilisation and availability.

This role will be a key part of our wider EMEA Business Development team, generating new opportunities and developing an excellent contact book for the business. Utilising their own extensive network within the sports broadcasting industry, the Sales Executive will be expected develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities using our CRM “Salesforce”, deliver against agreed KPIs and contribute to continued strategies for growth in the Used Equipment Market.

They will both grow existing long-term relationships with our top spending clients, identify long-term growth accounts, utilising Rental & Projects contacts to cross-sell & handover leads between both teams.

Where possible alongside their main KPIs, the Sales Executive will be encouraged to integrate and actively participate in the wider Business Development strategy, putting forward new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
