The Hospitality Runner role provides a professional hospitality runner service to our clients using these facilities. This includes runner duties, kitchen, and reception coverage where required as well as assisting the technical team. Each room is kitted out according to the client’s individual needs with Mac or PC based workstations running the client’s preferred editing software, most commonly Avid Media Composer. Each of the 6 floors has a technical space and the basement houses a viewing room, a comms room as well as a kit storage and preparation area.
Primarily based in our Chiswick Production Centre, our Media Operators are responsible for all of the file-based ingest and deliveries across our live programming and production operations.
This is an opportunity to work with a newly formed EMEA senior leadership team; strengthening the Gravity Media and Gravity House brands, leading our marketing strategy to support the goals of the business and helping to establish a strong internal culture. They will be responsible for managing and executing a variety of projects in collaboration with key EMEA stakeholders and will be experienced with the ability to think strategically and influence others.
Based in our Watford office, the Server Engineer will be responsible for preparing, planning and delivering the technical operation of fly away projects. As part of Gravity Media’s server department, the Server Engineer will be a part of a team entrusted with delivering networks of EVS servers and edit suites to major broadcast clients across the world.

Assistant Archivists at Gravity Media are an intricate part of our operations. As an Assistant Archivist you will be working closely with all other departments of the company as well carrying out our own essential tasks in the Archive department. You will be able to work as part of a closely knit team while also being able to work on individual tasks when it is required. The role will require you to assist our production departments and clients in sourcing the material they need, the logging of archive matches, footage research and client liaison. This position will provide you with a broad knowledge base which will aid you in achieving your long term career goals and we are proud that previous Assistant Archivists have gone on to a variety of production and technical roles within our company.

The Production and Post Engineer role will be based at our unique Gravity House facility in Soho. We also offer clients a remote working option through Teradici technology and a Leostream broker.
Purpose of Role:
To work across and support all aspects of the business at our Production Centre on Askew road, Administration Centre on Goldhawk Road, Chelsea TV at Stamford Bridge and other locations such as Wembley, Arsenal and Twickenham.
Runners must be willing and able to travel to other sites in and around London frequently. Runners will be provided with 5 polo shirts and 1 fleece. This is standard uniform, which must be worn. Runners are responsible for washing and maintaining their uniform as well as maintaining good appearance.
• Driving cars to various locations for deliveries.
• Setting up and providing refreshments for meetings.
• Driving clients to various locations.
• Replenishing stock.
• Handling petty cash.
• Moving cars on match days to local car park.
• To keep areas such as the gallery and studio presentable at all times.
• Assisting on cameras/auto-cue in the studio.
• Phone operator for phone-in shows.

Based in our Goldhawk Road office, Chiswick, the Proposals Manager - Production will work as part of our wider Proposals team across the entire EMEA Business. While reporting into the Head of Proposals, this role will work closely with the Director of Business Development and Gravity Media’s production team to deliver proposals for various projects including live production OBs, commentary or world feed facilities bookings, big screens productions and studio enquiries.
Working alongside the Production Centre London’s Business Development Manager, the successful candidate will also play a significant role in the delivery of Tier 2 RFP responses. They will support the wider UK business as well as offering assistance to our offices in France, Germany and Qatar when required.
Based primarily in our Watford office, the Vision Engineer will be required to travel globally as required by the projects department. The Vision Engineer will have a keen interest in broadcasting technology and the ability to work effectively with varying groups of people. Gravity Media’s Engineering department delivers on our customer requirements by ensuring we are at the top of our game with the adoption of new and emerging technologies, and ensure client projects are delivered on time and on budget.
