The Role
Based primarily at our Watford office, the Server Engineer will be responsible for preparing, planning and delivering all the server component related aspects of our bespoke fly away projects. As part of our server department, the Server Engineer will also be a key part of a team entrusted with delivering networks of EVS servers and Post Production facilities to our major broadcast clients across the world. This position will also require regular, world-wide travel, to this end, a current and valid passport is essential.

12 month FTC Maternity Cover
Based out of our outside broadcast office in Watford and our Production Centre in White City, you will be part of the established Production Management Team working specifically on the ATP 1000 Masters Series. Your role will involve supporting one of the two ATP Production Managers on five out of the ten Tournaments. You will work closely alongside the Production Coordinator and Production Manager who look after the other five Tournaments of the Series.
It is a primarily office-based role; however, you will be required to travel to five Tournaments Internationally each year in the USA, Europe and Asia. The duration of our schedule at each Tournament is between 2-3 weeks and you would be required to work every day during this time for long hours as a primary contact onsite for all stakeholders.

Based in our brand-new production centre, the Westworks in White City, the role will primarily involve managing our ATP contract. This position will be heavily client facing and will involve booking technical support crew, arranging contracts for freelancers, booking accommodation, and using scheduling software. There will also be requirements to manage facility bookings, putting together quotes and also managing billing. While this role will mainly focus on the ATP, there will be a need to support and manage bookings for other clients too at our Westworks facility.
Where this role will require constant contact with Gravity Media clients, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, can take initiative and problem solve. While this job is a Monday to Friday role for the majority of the time, there will be occasions where weekend working or working outside of traditional office hours will be required, to provide additional support to the ATP.

Based out of our Watford Head Quarters, the Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all 5 of our facilities within the UK are maintained to the highest possible standard. The Facilities Manager will manage both internal resource and external contractors to carry out work including but not limited to, remedial works, cleaning, and site security. As Project IP Engineer at Gravity Media, you will be responsible for the preparation, delivery and maintenance of extensive flyaway IP hardware and software systems within a TV broadcasting environment. We are looking for a Media Coordinator, with an exacting attention to detail to join the Riot Games Media Asset Management team in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have a proven attention to detail, will share an enjoyment for Metadata inputting and archiving and will be charged with streaming to millions of viewers around the world.
You will need to be a clear and confident communicator, able to adapt quickly to on-air changes and remain calm under pressure. Your aim will be to ensure accurate tagging of an active live event, supporting Sponsors and Producers with clips and footage and ensuring that feeds are recorded and monitored for QC purposes. You will also retrospectively tag and add Metadata to previous broadcasts for archival, ensuring naming conventions are adhered to.
Executing day-to-day Media Management activities using our internal platforms at the Remote Broadcast Centre, the ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of the Riot Games’ live event productions from the pre-production phase through to the end of the process.
