Certification Services Administrator

The BBA is looking to hire a Certification Services Administrator to join our Client Delivery Team. This role will be based from our Watford Office, located at Croxley Park.

Role Purpose: 

The main purpose of the Certification Services Administrator is to manage successful communication and administration channels between all the internal BBA Teams that support BBA Certificate maintenance activities. These teams being Operations, Testing, Audit & Inspection, Sales, Finance & Commercial, alongside departments within the wider Client Engagement team, the key one being the Technical Projects Coordinators. The activities required, are centered around the handling of all ‘live jobs’ once a quotation has been received back into the BBA signed and accepted by the client, and as such from the point where the client is ready to proceed with Assessment and delivery/ maintenance services being offered by the BBA. The job holder will be expected to manage and resolve non-technical queries and signpost/refer to relevant departments where necessary. The job holder will be required to work as part of a team contributing to team and individual targets and objectives, being sure to maintain good quality and standards at all times.

Essential Responsibilities:

Contract Issue Duties

• Multi skilled role, crucial to supporting the improved client experience and their ongoing satisfaction.

• Process signed quotations from clients, which serve as contractual agreements of work.

• Support the activities of the wider Certification Services Team.

Case Handling Duties

• Build relationships with the internal BBA Teams.

• Support initiatives from the Operations Team to increase business efficiency and overall margin.

• Support simplification of all communication, written, and through the various digital platforms.

• Ensure accurate collation of job data and information required to complete the On-time and In-Full delivery of every job.

• Monitor progress on allocated work and adjust priorities as required.

• Seek information and clarification from others as required, e.g. BBA Test, Finance.

• Ensure that work is carried out with integrity, objectively and without fear or favour in accordance with all relevant BBA policies and procedures.
