An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Newfield team!

The Junior Office Administrator is responsible for maintaining an excellent working environment for our people and assisting the Corporate Administration team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain or broaden their office experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the efficient running of the office, maintaining excellent working standards for our people.

- Greet visitors and keep an accurate record.

- Responsible for post and deliveries.

- Maintain an office inventory.

- Oversee the organisation of the kitchen facilities and complete weekly kitchen stock orders.

- Organise the boardroom ahead of both internal and external meetings.

  • Be the first point of contact for any office maintenance.
  • Monitor and uphold our car parking policy.
  • Book travel as required for staff or external visitors and keep accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to the Directors and senior Managers as needed.
  • Process all office related invoices and maintain accurate records. This will involve working closely with the accounts department to ensure a smooth reconciliation process.
  • Assist with the inputting of payments.
  • General entity management:

- Preparation of minutes.

- Fund movements.

  • Deposit and withdrawal funding requests.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Math's and English. 
  • Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
  • Well‐developed interpersonal skills, confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong administration skills. Strong IT skills, high level of competency with Microsoft Word and Excel packages.
  • Able to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
  • Able to work independently using initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
  • The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • Great team worker.
  • Show flexibility and willingness to learn.
