Our Account Executive will be responsible for supporting our Client Relations Manager build our relationships with key clients. The successful candidate must be an expert communicator to serve as point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. The purpose of the role is to retain contracts with clients on behalf of the business and to develop opportunities for the expansion of current contracts and the potential for new ones supporting the overall business strategy. Strong administrative experience is desirable as you will be responsible for note taking in meetings, organising calendar meetings for the Client Relations Manager using Outlook, organising any data requested from clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assessing client feedback and establish, improve, and refine services accordingly to ensure client satisfaction
  • Build partnerships and liaise with team leaders to determine services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise
  • Ensure that processes are efficient and cost-effective and maintain Service Levels and all contracted Key Performance Indicators
  • Establish and refine delivery processes. The goal of streamlining these processes and procedures is to ensure that each customer gets the same great experience from the initial stage
  • Ensure that improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted upon and progress reports are provided to customers
  • Service level compliance in delivery, following best practice, analysing and mitigate against risks, and suggest improvement
  • Liaise internally to ensure all services are delivered including Finance to guarantee adequate resources to fulfil the company needs and ensure cost effectiveness

Experience

  • Experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
  • Desirable account management experience in a business-to-business setting
  • Experience within a customer facing role
  • Experience within a fast paced, contact centre environment.
