We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join the recruitment team, working alongside the team to bring in new talent to work on behalf of high-profile clients, you will be responsible for a 360-recruitment process from application to onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve all targets for client volume placement whilst maintaining go-centric high standards and company values.
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Pre-screening applicants who fit the specification of the role you are hiring for.
  • Undertake and manage candidate interviews and meetings
  • Complete and facilitate candidate feedback and development
  • Review and access available positions and seek candidates who fit the needs of the business
  • Maintain and own the full business relationship with our new candidates.
  • Be a spokesperson for the organisation and promote key opportunities to new talent.
  • Engage with candidates throughout their recruitment process to maintain a positive experience with the organisation.
  • Developing a good understanding of client requirements, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment

  • Strong desire to exceed expectations whatever the task.
  • Confident, and able to forge meaningful relationships with candidates and team members alike.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to multitask.
  • A willingness to go the extra mile.

Experience

  • Experience within delivering target orientated tasks within a fast paced environment 
  • Desirable experience working within recruitment
