go-centric are looking for a dedicated Performance Coach to join our team, this role will be pivotal to the growth and development for internal stakeholders. The ideal person for this role will have a strong background within coaching and a passionate understanding on different coaching techniques. As a Performance Coach you will consult with internal stakeholders to dive into developmental areas, updating senior management with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on coaching analysis for the overall department. You will have confidence within online coaching sessions with large groups or on a one-to-one basis.   • Co-ordinate and deliver coaching to meet individual &/or business needs.
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders on end-to-end design and delivery of business wide coaching framework, including “coach the coach” and evaluation of coaching capability
  • Record and maintain all training & coaching events and sessions to ensure employee records are updated correctly and reflect all training and coaching conducted.
  • Ensure all L&D & QA Data is processed and stored in line with Compliance and GDPR.
  • Create and present L&D & QA reports, ensuring they are accurate, provide operational recommendations of process change to drive efficiencies and improvements, all completed and produced by the agreed deadline.
  • Work closely with L&D and operational managers to identify training needs and support learning solutions which are put in place to drive improvement.
  • Demonstrate and support Operations on how to identify continuous improvement opportunities and embed that routine of structure, quantity improvements for clients and the business
  • Work collaboratively with operations and L&D to evolve robust knowledge bases, guided help to drive consistency for clients, customer and the business
  • Deliver effective coaching and support on induction process where required.
  • Support L&D & Operational managers to ensure employees are fully trained to undertake their roles and deliver the required customer service standards.
  • Build good working relationships with key stakeholders, line managers, HR and Learning and Development team to ensure that all training activity is fit for purpose and delivered to meet the needs of the business.


  • Ability to organise and deliver effective coaching sessions to diverse groups of individuals, ensuring the employee is engaged and interested, and that they finish each session with clear expectations of next steps.
  • The ability to provide feedback effectively, being clear, concise, tactful, and sensitive.
  • Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Strong people skills, and the ability to work confidently with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and areas of the business
  • Manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Proficient within all MS Office packages.
  • Comfortable performing in a fast-paced role, focused on deadlines and detail-oriented work.
  • Experience of implementing quality standards, making improvements to procedures in order to develop best practice standards would be desirable.
  • Emotional intelligence / self-reflector / proactive change approach


  • More than/ equal to 2 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Experience using coaching methods such as GROW, SMART, FUEL, OSKAR, CLEAR

Hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday with some weekend work to meet business needs.
