Reporting into the Chief Product Officer and part of a cohesive team, your role is instrumental in delivering new products or product changes to market. The role can be based out of either our Fellows Research Centre, Halifax or GAMA HQ Hemel Hempstead, Herts.

What will you do?
- Deliver new products or product changes from concept to market launch
- Manage stakeholders across all functional teams, external suppliers, and senior leadership
- Solve problems yourself or with the wider team
- Escalate issues appropriately
- Maintain project plans and documents
- Deliver status updates on agreed projects to cover time, cost, spec, and budget
- Work to stage gate processes and quality standards

What will you need?
- Proven new product/change management/project management experience (delivery of time/cost/spec/resources/risks)
- Experience of working in a related industry such as: medical devices, biocidal product or rigorous FMCG environment
- Experience of managing multiple projects concurrently and managing changing specifications
- The ability to work throughout the product development lifecycle
- Skilled at leading project teams where you don’t hold line management responsibility
- Experience of communicating with a range of stakeholders
- A degree in a technical discipline – ideally science or engineering
- A Project management qualification or extensive practical experience
