About the Role:
As a Program Manager in Southeast Asia, you would have the incredible opportunity of both overseeing and continuing to develop a number of projects, all focused on making a lasting positive impact in the community. Programs range in focus from improving the quality of early childhood education and development in the local community, to improving the opportunities women and girls have, to overall community awareness on health and well being issues.
Responsibilities
What does the life of a Program Manager in Southeast Asia look like?
- Responsible for the organization, operations and running of all current community programs
- Oversee program logistics and budget
- Train and develop staff members and participants
- Supervise and mentor interns
- Responsible for Health and Safety
Qualifications
- First Aid qualification

Experience
The following experience is necessary for this role:
- Proven leadership experience (to manage staff and volunteers/interns)
- Operations experience (in the tourism/travel industry is advantageous)
- Health and Safety Management experience
- Teaching and community development experience is advantageous
