This is a software developer role within the Software Development team at Imparta Ltd. Day-to-day work will require the applicant to work on development, research and maintenance projects and will require the applicant to be familiar with all areas of the software development lifecycle.

Reporting to the Project Management Lead, the Project Manager plays a key role in our service offering, responsible for the overall project lifecycle and operations management of the agreed client deliverables. With overall accountability for the end to end delivery of multiple projects committed to our clients, this includes successful project set up, tracking and managing of all actions, logs, and onboarding of project contributors to work towards successful output. Working in partnership with the account team, you will be building strong client relationships focused on the delivery of the agreed solutions. Ensure the project and business objectives are aligned and actively contributing towards the Imparta growth strategy.

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in Imparta’s Client Service Delivery team providing first line support for Imparta’s Learning Management System, iCoach, and the primary point of contact for our faculty/trainers. Reporting to the US Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships to enable project success and a positive partnership experience, building mutual respect, and loyalty to the Imparta brand. You will also ensure that all participant management is effectively planned and coordinated to meet project requirements, to include participant support, feedback capture and report generation on participants attending Imparta’s training programs.

The Role 

The mission of the Senior Designer is twofold:

  • Work closely with the Chief Designer and Imparta’s Founder and CEO, to maintain our position as a global leader in sales methodology, and to build on, update and maintain over 180 modules in Imparta’s 3D Advantage® curriculum to the highest possible standards.
  • Create a deep understanding of client needs and learning design, and leverage the curriculum to create engaging experiential learning that achieves the objectives of Imparta’s clients to the highest possible standards.
