This role is significant in the success of the claims function in supporting Head of Claims Service to manage and lead a first class claims service to deliver excellence and efficiency in claims handling.

The ability to independently manage the team and effectively report to the Head of Claims Service is especially important.

You will be an effective member of the Claims Leadership Team in leading, managing, motivating, monitoring, communicating with and developing individuals in accordance with the company’s people policies.

You will lead by example in demonstrating behaviours in line with the company values as set out in the Employee Behaviour Framework document and lead on the creation of a positive and professional culture.
