KEY DUTIES

• Hands on servicing and repair of Chlorine Dioxide Units

• Water Softener Servicing various types (preferable but not essential)

• Undertaking monthly scheduled service under contract and one-off planned service outside of contract

• Emergency call out activity occasionally outside normal working hours.

• Repair of customer equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Joining a team of 50 field risk assessors with a dedicated mentor

• Consulting with clients to carry out Legionella Risk Assessments on a variety of sites

• Produce detailed reports and schematic drawings (with the support from a dedicated admin team)

• Offer technical advice and support to customers and colleagues

• Carry out complex Hot & Cold Surveys

• Complete report writing within specified timescales

We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager, who will oversee the ongoing delivery of multiple water treatment and hygiene contracts, while seeking to retain and grow the value of the accounts for WCS Group over time. To actively find and convert new clients also.

What will I be doing?

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day account management of multiple water treatment and hygiene accounts.

• Support setup of contract delivery at the beginning of new contracts

The Role

Reporting daily to your Field Manager, the successful candidate will visit clients’ sites and be the face of the company, seeking to enhance relationships with existing clients. • Carrying out complex Hot & Cold Surveys

• Completing reports within specified timescales
