Job description

We require an in-house Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the HR Team. The successful candidate will have experience recruiting for tech positions, including headhunting, using job boards and attending conferences to find the right talent. We need someone with a go-getting attitude, confidence to speak to technical directors about their requirements and to also approach potential candidates to discuss the projects they would be working on and a diversity and inclusion advocate.

Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions

Plan recruitment process from advertising to offer

Manage Recruitment Inbox

Use and maintain Natural HR for applicant tracking

Work with Marketing to keep vacancy list up to date on the Unilink website

Work with the HR Team to ensure a smooth onboarding process

Bring new ideas to improve and attract new candidates

Actively headhunt to fill positions

Feedback to all candidates

Manage internal referrals

Arrange interviews and collect feedback

Point of contact for recruitment agencies Manage job boards

Work with HRD to keep recruitment costs down

Create weekly reports for Senior Management Team

Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements

Understand and manage and support diversity, and inclusion in the workplace

Experience

Excellent communication skills including face to face, telephone and written skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy
