12 month FTC Maternity Cover 

Based out of our outside broadcast office in Watford and our Production Centre in White City, you will be part of the established Production Management Team working specifically on the ATP 1000 Masters Series. Your role will involve supporting one of the two ATP Production Managers on five out of the ten Tournaments. You will work closely alongside the Production Coordinator and Production Manager who look after the other five Tournaments of the Series.

It is a primarily office-based role; however, you will be required to travel to five Tournaments Internationally each year in the USA, Europe and Asia. The duration of our schedule at each Tournament is between 2-3 weeks and you would be required to work every day during this time for long hours as a primary contact onsite for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Helping the Production Manager to crew large broadcast events. Issuing crew contracts and processing the necessary crew invoices for payment.

• Coordination of crew visas, accreditation, petty cash/per diems, flights, travel requirements etc

• Keeping up to date with current travel requirements/ restrictions • Tracking and reporting all costs to Production Manager

• Dealing directly with third party suppliers and clients as required

• Creating & issuing callsheets and schedules

• Managing a large broadcast crew onsite

Experience

Essential

• Demonstration of previous experience of some of the duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description.

• Previous experience as a Production Coordinator, or as a Production Assistant for 1-2 years in TV.

• Solid planning and organisational skill.

• Attention to detail and working to set deadlines Interpersonal skills to manage dealing with crews of up to 110 people

Desirable (but not essential)

• Knowledge of outside broadcast production an advantage

• Previous experience working with large crews and on location
