About the role

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Completing courtesy/preparation calls with customers
  • Managing the rota for the health professional and their customers
  • Updating the claimant booking system and creating new bookings • Rescheduling appointments where required
  • Advising the health professional and the management team of additional claimants needs
  • Dealing with incoming/outgoing communications
  • Monitoring staff annual leave and sickness

Qualifications

Essential experience and skills

  • Good PC/keyboard skills
  • The ability to cope well under pressure and keep a cool head
  • An excellent telephone manner and very good attention to detail
  • A flexible approach with the ability to adapt quickly to meet the demands of a busy environment
  • Educated to GCSE level or with equivalent professional experience
