Standard customer service is not enough here at Porsche Centre Tonbridge and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • As a Service Advisor you will be primarily responsible for achieving targets for hours sold
  • Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
  • Representing the Porsche brand with expert knowledge and delivering excellent customer service through honest guidance, consulting a tech where necessary
  • Maintaining and building close relationships with new and existing customers
  • Helping to sell through efficient management of the workflow and scheduling of the diary
  • You will create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their vehicle.
  • You will take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking
  • You will need to keep the customer informed every step of the way throughout the time that we are caring for their pride and joy.
  • Using your knowledge, you will advise customers on repairs, referring with the technicians

Aftersales experience is preferable, but we are willing to consider someone who has the right attitude who is willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Action/Manage/Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ yearly reporting requirements for our designated Porsche, Triumph, Harley-Davidson, and BMW dealerships. Including bank reconciliations, cash-flow analysis, monthly KPI’s.
  • Financial support including cover accounts, online shop, bank, sales and debtor reconciliations/ credit collection as required
  • Share key insights with the FD, Manufacturer and wider dealership team as and when required
  • Manage the appropriate Dealership processes and controls to ensure compliance with LIND agreed processes, GAAP, legal, professional obligations
  • Being proactive in recommending improvements to the wider Lind team.
  • Ad hoc Group Projects as requested by the FD and MD

Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant qualifications and successful progress towards an AAT, CIMA or ACA or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is paramount
  • Proficient experience with Excel – Intermediate or Advanced
  • Automotive industry and/or multi-site retail experience would be beneficial
  • Experience with Kerridge, Mentor and/or Pyramid would be beneficial
  • Ability to build relationships which embody high levels of trust, clear and timely communication and accuracy
  • Ability to take on board feedback and grow from it
  • Take Ownership, Passion and Pride in helping achieve the optimal financial processes and health of LIND

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our established and highly successful team at Porsche Centre Tonbridge.

Purpose/Key Responsibilities:

  • Satisfy customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure that the customer Journey and level of service is at the highest standard at all times.
  • Organise the loading of the workshop in an efficient manner to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity, collection and delivery and courtesy cars.
  • Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop and provide the sale of accessories and parts and new vehicles.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Be computer literate, Kerridge skills would be great but are not essential
  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Be patient and have the ability to work under pressure within a very busy environment
