About the role

Playing a key role within our busy Sales Department, the role requires a business minded individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service, ideally in a prestige automotive environment.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who not only has strong IT and administrative skills but has excellent relationship building skills.

The ideal candidate will be part of our already successful team and able to deliver outstanding customer service, achieve challenging targets and actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.

Please note that previous experience working as a Sales Executive in a dealership is essential.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ·

  • Deliver class leading customer service with every interaction.
  • Drive the performance of New, Used and Finance related sales.
  • Adhere to all manufacturer and LIND programmes.
  • Actively promote the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Sales Executive in a dealership
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • A friendly and approachable manner
  • Outstanding organisation and time management skills.
  • A high level of computer skill.
  • An excellent telephone manner.
  • Be able to demonstrate a solid background of relevant experience in a similar role to be successful.

In return, we offer a basic salary of £21,000 per annum + car allowance + a generous uncapped commission structure!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor to join our already highly successful team at Porsche Centre Norwich.

Standard customer service is not enough here at Porsche Centre Norwich and we’re looking for someone who is self-motivated with outstanding customer service who can actively promote and endorse the high standards and corporate image of Porsche at all times.

As a Service Advisor, you will..

  • Be primarily responsible for achieving targets for hours sold
  • Maintain records and process accurate Warranty Claims
  • Represent the Porsche brand with expert knowledge and delivering excellent customer service through honest guidance, consulting a tech where necessary
  • Maintain and build close relationships with new and existing customers Helping to sell through efficient management of the workflow and scheduling of the diary
  • Create a memorable experience for the customer from enquiry through to completion of the work on their vehicle.
  • Take responsibility for customer vehicles, keys and workshop parking
  • Keep the customer informed every step of the way throughout the time that we are caring for their pride and joy
  • Use your knowledge to advise customers on repairs, referring with the technicians

  • Achieve Maximum Personal Efficiency
  • Achieve Daily Sold Hours Target
  • Provide Detailed Written Diagnostics on Job Cards
  • Carry out Vehicle Health Checks
  • Understand and Adhere to Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Direct Interaction with our Customers 
  • Be Conversant with Manufacturer Online Systems and Special Tools

The ideal candidate:
