Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all Vehicles are photographed and advertised on our website within time parameters set out by the Centre Principal.
  • Manoeuvring the vehicles around the site and offsite to capture best images 
  • Create video content for each vehicle that is added to our website 
  • Manage and maintain all digital platforms, Centre web page and social media channels with the latest up to date content, whilst working with our marketing team, always keeping in close alignment with PCGB guidelines. 
  • Monitor and respond to online customer comments (e.g. social media posts, reviews) in a timely, professional and brand adequate manner 
  • Drive customer satisfaction and positive 5* customer reviews to maintain our centre’s reputation 
  • Remain a digital expert by keeping up to date with online trends and utilising social media platforms to their fullest to support enquiry leads

We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to help take LIND to the next level and support us to establish and embed a solid procurement process. The role requires a creative, high energy candidate with good analytical and communication skills that can work alongside and influence senior stakeholders to deliver business growth and improved profitability.

Key Outcomes Required: 

  • Undertake a strategic review leading to the implementation of a new LIND Procurement process.
  • Establish and develop strong, trusted, valued, healthy and profitable stakeholder and supplier relationships.
  • End to end sourcing, identification and assessment of suppliers, managing the selection process and working with senior stakeholders to finalise agreements. 
  • Identify and deliver value adding benefits.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all Procurement related queries.

In return for the above, we are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £45,000 per annum dependant on experience.

The role will start initially as a 6 Month Contract, with the potential of becoming Permanent. There will be a requirement to travel between our sites across the South East, London and Home Counties from time to time. There is some flexibility as to where the role will be based and there is also the opportunity to work from home for part of the working week. Please note that there is one position, however we are advertising this role as two separate adverts on our website to cover the locations of Tonbridge and Norwich.

Central London Permanent £32000 - £35000

We are seeking a Motorcycle Technician to join our exciting Central London Triumph Dealership in Vauxhall.

Previous experience as a Technician, ideally Motorcycle, is essential to this role.

The role will require you to interact with our Customers, so, standard service is simply not enough. We are a small friendly team and you’ll want to get fully involved with the dealership and really want to deliver exceptional service.

  • Direct Interaction with our Customers Servicing Triumph Motorcycles
  • Understand and Adhere to Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Carry out Health Checks
  • Be Conversant with Manufacturer Online Systems and Special Tools

  • Achieve Maximum Personal Efficiency
  • Achieve Daily Sold Hours Target

In return we are offering a competitive salary of £35,000 OTE (Range from £32,000 - £35,000, dependant on experience).
